The range of sauces includes three inspired by classic cuisine – aioli, romesco and brava sauce – and two from the Spanish tradition: marinera, based on tomato, garlic and herbs, and a stir-fry.

Miso sauce and ponzu sauce are inspired by Japanese cuisine and are made with a lightly seasoned rice-fermented soybean paste based on rice vinegar and citrus respectively.
