The Gelato Collection project is the brainchild of Albert Adrià, Alfredo Machado and Ángel Velasco, general manager of Torrons Vicens.
Project that aims to apply the philosophy and way of understanding gastronomy adapted to the ice cream trade, also learn and explore from such an interesting world. Always respecting the most known recipes with the traditional flavors, but also exploring new ones, inspired above all by combinations of ingredients.
The idea is to create a bank of numbered recipes, to which we will regularly add new flavours, taking our inspiration from the world of perfumers in order to contribute our own way of understanding the world of ice cream to such an interesting profession.
We work with the best products on the market to create 4 families:
* Traditional ice creams: vanilla, chocolate, coconut, pistachio, strawberry, etc.
* Seasonal ice creams: especially seasonal fruits and herbs.
* Signature ice creams: own creations, either based on products or combinations of ingredients.
* Adult ice cream: alcohol/cocktails
The interior design has been carried out by the interior design studio El Equipo Creativo.
Responsible for other projects by Albert Adrià such as Tickets, Pakta and 41º Experience.
