In November 2019, on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of D.O.M, the emblematic restaurant of Chef Alex Atala in Brazil, two unique dinners were held at the Tickets restaurant.
Albert Adrià and Alex Atala created an exclusive menu for the occasion in which Brazilian flavors, dishes and ingredients predominated: cajú, mandioquinha, cassava, tapioca dadinho, caipirinhas, Amazonian ants, chicken hearts, priprioca, moqueca, etc.
The restaurant dressed up for the occasion, transforming Tickets into an exotic place in the middle of an “Amazon jungle”.
In this celebration of gastronomy and friendship, there was also samba, a good atmosphere, a batucada and even a visit from outer space…
