These products are the result of a collaboration between Caviaroli and Albert Adrià.

The result of this union is a new generation of products designed to surprise diners and simplify kitchen processes, without forgetting CAVIAROLI’s commitment to the quality of raw materials and finished products.

For Caviaroli Drops, we worked together to find the right flavour and texture, especially to make the product as close to the original as possible. With its liquid interior, this olive explodes in the mouth to give an intense olive flavour.
