The cheesecake created by Albert Adrià for Lykke combines high-quality ingredients such as fresh cheese, cream, sugar, eggs, Greek yoghurt, flour and salt. The recipe is characterised by the fact that the cake contains 39% cream cheese and by its naturalness, as it contains no artificial preservatives, colourings, hydrogenated fats or palm oil. Finally, its high temperature baking ensures a perfectly caramelised exterior while preserving the creaminess of the interior.
Also available in this range is Valrhona’s Coeur de Guanaja 80% cocoa cheesecake: thanks to its low cocoa butter content, it surprisingly enhances the flavour and intensity of the chocolate, creating a light and creamy texture that combines irresistibly with the cheese in your recipe.
