After his successful pop up at the Hotel Café Royal, chef Albert Adrià returned to the heart of London in 2018 to launch his first permanent establishment outside of Spain, ‘Cakes & Bubbles’.
“It is a project that excites me as a pastry chef, I have never opened anything specifically related to the sweet world. Our approach and menu is a mix between the classic and the contemporary.”
Cakes & Bubbles offers the perfect combination of tradition and modernity, with the whimsy and fun that have come to define Adrià’s work, serving a selection of exceptional desserts that defy description.
