Natura.  Natura is Albert Adrià’s dream project, a journey that has taken him two and a half years to explore new ways of expressing himself through the preparation of desserts. The result is 49 desserts inspired by nature. Natura is the fruit of a “young maturity”, 23 years in this demanding and exciting profession. As the author himself says: “I do not pretend that Natura is a style or a way of working. If this book can make professionals feel proud of their profession, it will have been worth it, and I have enough of that”.
