The Desserts of el Bulli. This book is the result of a long process, ten years of work in the kitchen and a year and a half of preparation. It is my personal vision of the new restaurant pastry, from a professional point of view and at the same time informative. For this reason, I believe it can serve both the experienced cook and the young person who is beginning to enter this world.
